Delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine means receiving the goods at a Nova Poshta branch in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions.
To order goods, use the website or call +38(067)38-76-135. When placing an order, select delivery by Nova Poshta. Track the status of your shipment on the Nova Poshta website. You will receive a notification when the parcel arrives at the delivery point. You can receive the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch, but do not forget your passport or other identification document.
Please note: orders that were placed and paid for from Monday to Friday before 14:00 will be shipped on the same day.
Orders paid after 14:00 will be shipped the next day.
Orders placed and paid after 14:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday/Tuesday of the following week.
